Volunteer with the Animals

Do you love working with animals? Do you need your community service credit for school? maybe you have a special skill we could use. We have several different volunteer opportunities at the shelter.

• dog walking (take out several of our resident canines for their walk)
• dog and cat groomer (brush and pamper our sweethearts)
• animal care attendant (feeding, cleaning, sanitizing, snuggling)
• laundry (we always need someone to keep on top of this)
• general maintenance and organization (stocking shelves, etc.)
• pet visitation (hospital and care-home visits)
• special events/fundraising kiosk
• digital photography (need pictures for the web and newsletters)
• office assistant (photocopying, filing, stuffing envelopes)
• carpenter (special initiatives)
